Day-1 Arrive Cochin Airport
Arrive at Cochin airport. Transport to Cochin hotel, check in and relax. Kochi is a city in southwest India's coastal Kerala state. It has been a port since 1341, when a flood carved out its harbor and opened it to Arab, Chinese and European merchants. Sites reflecting those influences include Fort Kochi, Chinese Fishing Net, Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagouge etc.. Other Attractions are, Marine Drive, St Francis Church, Lulu Mall [if interested in shopping]. Overnight stay at Hotel / resort.

Day-2 Cochin-Thekkady
After breakfast check out and transfer to Thekkady [ 200km- 5hrs].Thekkady is located near Tamil Nadu in Kerala. The sanctuary is famous for its dense evergreen moist deciduous forests and savanna grass lands. The Periyar wildlife sanctuary was declared a tiger reserve in 1978. The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar River adds to the charm of the park. The greatest attractions of Periyar are the herds of wild elephants, deer and bison that come down to drink in the lake. The sanctuary can be accessed through a trekking, boating or jeep safari. Cultural shows [ Kathakali & kalaripayattu, Spice Graden Visit are other attractions of Thekkady. Overnight stay at Hotel / resort.

Day-3 Thekkady
After breakfast, you have the option for early morning trekking, elephant ride, spice plantation visit, visit to nearby organic farm etc.evening you can shop for some exotic spices and herbs at the local market. overnight stay at the hotel.

Day-4 Thekkady To Kumarakom
After break fast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Kumarkom. It might be more accurate to refer to this location as a nature sanctuary, since this protected area is home to a huge selection of different species of flora and fauna. Birds however, are especially prevalent and of particular interest, there being a mix of both indigenous and migratory species. A boat trip around the sanctuary is the ideal opportunity to see not only birds but plant and marine life also. Vembanad Lake is commonly known as Vembanad Kayal or Vembanad Kol. It is one of the longest lakes in India and the largest in Kerala. Overnight stay at Hotel / resort.

Day-5 Kumarakom – Kumarakom
Morning after breakfast full day free for personal activities for Leisure. Enjoy the Resort /Hotel facilities or we will arrange near by the village visits. Overnight stay at Hotel / resort.

Day6: Kumarakom- Kovalam
After break fast check out from the resort and proceed to Kovalam 180km- 4hrs]. Kovalam" means a grove of coconut trees and true to its name the village offers an endless sight of coconut trees. The crescent-shaped beach has three parts. The southern most beaches, and the most popular, are lighthouse beach. It offers an amazing sight of Vizhinjam mosque. The northern Samudra is a laidback one and time seems stands still here. Ayurvedic massage parlor, yoga centers and water sport facilities, makes Kovalam a popular haven for tourists from all over the world. Overnight stay at Hotel / resort.

Day7: Kovalam- Trivandrum: sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed to Trivandrum for sightseeing.Visit the famous Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple- a blend of Kerala and Dravidian style of architecture, the temple is noted for its mural paintings and stone carvings. One among the 108 sacred Vishnu temples in India, the presiding deity here is Lord Vishnu reclining on Anantha, the Serpent. Only Hindus are allowed inside the temple in prescribed dress code.The palace museum displays paintings and priceless collections of the royal family. (Monday holiday)Shangumugham Beach-this place is favourite haunt of sunset watchers and beachcombers. An indoor recreation club, the gigantic 35m long sculpture of a mermaid, restaurant shaped like a starfish are some of the attractions here.Veli Tourist Village-this popular picnic spot offering boating facilities lies snuggled where the Veli Lake merges with the Arabian Sea. Children can have a great time at the beautifully landscaped garden dotted with huge sculptures. Evening, return back to Kovalm for beach activities and overnight stay.

Day8: Kovalam -Kanyakumari - Kovalam sightseeting
After break fast proceed Kanyakumari [ optional], for a day tour,enroute visit padmanabhapuram palace (Monday Holiday) and Sucheendram temple.Kanyakumari Temple: The temple is open daily from 4.30-11.30 and from 17.30-20.30 clock clock. Non-Hindus are not allowed in the sanctum of the temple. Arrive kanyakumari and check in and afternoon visit Vivekanada rock memorial (There is a ferry that operates at short intervals. In addition, admission must be paid to the rock temple. The two islands are open to visitors during the period from 7.00-11.00 and from 14.00-16.00 clock.), Statue of Thiruvalloor. Evening back to your Kovalam Hotel.

Day9: Departure: Kovalam to Trivandrum
After breakfast check out from the resort and transfer to Trivandrum [ check out time- before 11:00am]-15 km. depends on time available, a short city tour or shopping can be done, before being dropped.
